Re: Zero Visual Novel: Death or Kiss - First Promo Trailer out!

It has only been a few months since Re: ZERO anime ended its first series course: if you never heard of it you should probably give it at least a look, since we’re talking about one of the biggest anime phenomenon of the last years.

Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World- (Ri:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu) started in 2012 as a Japanese light novel series written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichirou Otsuka. The story centers on Subaru Natsuki, a young boy who suddenly finds himself transported to another world while he was on his way home from the convenience store, and it quickly became a huge success in Japan, featuring three different manga adaptations between 2014 and 2016 (published by Media Factory and Square Enix). However, the story reached its definitive consacration in 2016 with the stunning 25-episode length anime television series adaptation by White Fox. For additional info, read the Wikipedia page.

The first rumors about an upcoming visual novel based on the series were released in August 2016: now the game developer 5pb released the first promotional video of what could be another huge success for the franchise:

The visual novel name will be Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Death or Kiss, and it’s due to release to PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in Japan on March 23. The story is so simple that it can be summarized into the following one-liner: Subaru gets a deathly curse and must receive a true love kiss to avoid certain death! Will you be able to help him?
